I don't think its would be that easy with a factory ECU, but I know my Pro EFI could handle it. There is just more physical stuff to consider like a filler neck for the passenger tank and getting rid of the cross over etc... Being able to split the fuel sending units to two separate gauges etc... But for now I'll just keep the Ethanol fuels or C16 if I have to. Until I can figure out what I am ultimately going to do with my car. I usually drive it a lot when its been running so that type of system could create a problem for any even decent cruise as far as fueling up etc...

That two tank system seems like a nightmare.

Then a timing adder/multiplier table based on alcohol content..
And perhaps some others I haven't noticed yet

You might be able to set a manual toggle that not only swaps tunes, but enables/disables fuel pumps.
For example, toggle up uses the 93 oct. map and pulls from tank 1 (tank 2 turned off). Toggle down uses the E85 map and pulls from tank 2 (tank 1 turned off).
To take it one step further, that 'toggle' could be a Hobbs switch, that way you boost with E85 and cruise on 93 oct (or hell, 87 oct)

If you really wanted to go that way, couldn't you just add a flex fuel sensor on the return, put whatever switches you want to enable/disable pumps from different fuel tanks, and let the sensor figure out how much ethanol it's seeing and adjust tune accordingly?

Yea, it's not for me, but it's an interesting option to extend the range of E85 or E98 cars.
I bet my mileage on E98 is 100 miles
Here's how it worked:

Hell, Mighty Mouse sent me a shirt, beer coozie and other swag just for posting a review of his catchcan. If he can do that for a $140 part, I would expect at least that from a huge company that is pimping your car around.
