Default 14mm Fuel Rail Spacer

Getting some ID1000 injectors and need the 14mm fuel rail spacer to put them on, but I have no idea where to get these at. Any suggestions?

Get me the dimensions you want and Ill make you a set on the cheap. You are just talking about a spacer that goes between the intake manifold and fuel rail mounting tabs to push the rails up correct?

That is correct Breecher. No idea on what size I need other than it needs to be 14mm tall.

Just goto a hardware store, get some spacers. They should have them there, or close enough to grind/shim.

Are you using the base ID1000 injectors without the adapter hats? I just made some spacers for mine.

I'm using these ID1000 injectors

I made some spacers that were 0.550" tall out of aluminum round bar. You can also buy nylon spacers at Lowe's that already have the hole drilled and are 1" in length and then cut them to the proper height.

The other option is to buy the spacer kit that Katech sells.

Correct. It looks like the spacer kit that Katech sells is for LS1 style injectors on an LS3/LS7 and I believe those are 60mm in length.

LOL... Do you commonly mistake the name "Oh Jesus" for your own because of hearing it so often in the bedroom? Also, what do I owe you?

If my head gets any bigger, I wont fit through the door way...

Owe? Who said they were for sale! Maybe I just decided to make them because I was having a slow day and wanted to see if this is what you were looking for!

They even have Grade 10.9 hardware with them!

Except if the OP was running a PD blower, Breecher would have told him to screw off.
