Thanks Unreal
The information you have posted here is the best 1/2 mile race and 1/2 prep information I could find on the net. After doing two 1/2 mile events I'm getting ready for the Mojave Magnum which is a 1.5 mile. Unlike you I'm trailering my car with a 230+ mile drive to the event( past my fee tow range) . I mildly pushed the car at the October Shift Sector 1/2 Mile at 19 psi boost ,so I trialered it. Of course the car was fine. A new motor is going in this summer and should surprise a few more car at these event. Best half mile with 360 awhp was 140.65. Going for 22 psi for the Magnum
Thanks again for the info, not running with you Vette guys as I drive Black 2006 Volvo V70R wagon . I will read your post for great information as you seamed not to have a lot of tracktion problems the Vetts at Shift Sector in Coalinga seam to have.

Thanks.
Most vette people like to slap huge HP and run crap 18-20" tires. A solid tire, good alignment, good sway bar setup, good set of shocks makes a world of difference.

Your 18s are good. 18" all seasons/etc that I see people running on are silly at best.
