Default Twin help?

So i'm ready to get a set of turbo's for my LSX 427 that will be front mounted and i will probably be going with Comp turbo as they seem like the best bang for the buck. So with goals of making around 1000whp on fairly low boost and have room to grow to around 1400whp down the road what size turbos should i be getting?
I had plans of the smaller CT4 6767 TBB because they are similar to PTE's 6766 which i know make the numbers i want or should i step up to a CT43 and do something like a 7275 bb there are quite a few options for the larger turbo and the same price!

Been also looking at Turbonetics BB 7575 units just a bit concerned they may be a little laggy!

It's made 1308 on 24 lbs on e85. Still has room for more but we needed it on the street for tx2k. Made 1000 on 13 lbs
