Default reputable tuners... do remote tunes?

So heres my issue. i have a 07 zo6 with AR Headers, Billy Boat exhaust, procharger on 5lb pulley, lsx centrifugal blower cam, 227/243/114 extreme lsx dual spring kit to .660 lift. steel spring seats, titanium retainers, valve seals, fast ls7 ev 65 lbs injectors. sc spark plugs, stage 8 lsx engine locking header bolt.

A shop in West Palm Fl built the car. the car runs great right now. it was making 714 on race fuel, i had them retune it for where i live which is South Dakota. on 91 oct at 7psi it made 612rwhp. I'm wanting to switch to a flex fuel system. A few of the local shops here are a little worried b/c of the cylinder walls on the ls7 with boost. but yet a lot of you running boost on a stock bottom in ls7 are having no issues at all. the reason for running e85 is basically a safety factor and a little more hp is always nice.

I want to know a very good ls tuner that does remote tunes. VR racing, LMR, ECS, do any of them offer this or not. I'm just struggling guys and i wanted some expert advice.

Thanks
