Default 600+rwhp LS2.. need advice

I'm getting ready to purchase the A&A V3 Si kit. Currently, I have an 05 LS2 with a cam and exhaust. As of right now, I'm at 430rwhp. My goal is to break 600rwhp... safely. 650rwhp is the ideal hp as this is currently my DD.

Would the V3 Si get me past that point of 600?
My real dilemma is whether or not to get the Alky meth kit. I know this would surely get me beyond the 600 mark, but which way is safer on a basically stock LS2? Currently on a stock clutch, but I know this will need to be upgraded.

Sorry if this is beating a dead horse, but I need some input on which route to go.

You will easily eclipse 600rw with the Si. Meth is recommended for safety and will make more power.

Some of the best advice available is replace the diff while you still have a core value! (Assuming it's a MN6)

I was at 430rwhp cam only on my LS2, then added the A&A Si Trim with no meth and 91octane. Im now at 653/559 with no issues. The car also runs mid-10s on the stock rear/half-shafts with consistent 1.5 60ft times (hoosier drag radials). Car is my daily driver

The cam was a bigger NA grind, around 234/241. I'm running 8-9lbs of boost with stock compression

Oh, I've known about the rear end issue. But this car will only see the streets of Mexico, so no digs until I get a built rearend at the least.

I just need to find a good tuner in the Dallas area for meth! And I'm still uncertain if BAP will be enough for 650-700hp?

I believe it's 112 or 114 but it's been a good 4-5 years since I did the install

I've got an 05 with 645 rwhp cam rest of the motor is stock, it's got meth but it's set so low. restricter plate is in it still as well. I went the cheap route and got a c5z06 rear diff.

I'm assuming you have headers as well?

Advanced Modern Performance is in the Dallas area. I'd do meth with a proper fuel system. You can get away with a BAP and I myself have but would do fuel from the get go. Also being a '05 the diff needs to be addressed whether you are doing digs or not.

Average cost of a fuel system for a sub 700whp car?

Lingenfelter Z06 pump module is $380. Installation labor $350. Will handle 650-700 supercharged rwhp.

I have an 05 LS2 6MN w V-3 Si making 577rwhp on the 3.8" pulley with LG headers, Borla axle back and stock bottom end, stock heads and stock cam. This is on a Dynojet. Mustang dyno will have different hp figures.

Going to the 3.6" pulley next month and the Lingenfelter pump module which should put me over 600 rwhp on 93 octane and no meth.

FYI- the 650-700 rwhp capability of the Z06 pump module is with a BAP.

I have an A4 05, haven't put in a S/C yet but it's in the near future. Just wondering, does the Z06 diff just bolt right in for a direct swap? What other mods must be done for this swap?

I'm not sure if you can mate a Z06 diff to an auto trans. At a minimum you would need an adapter.
You should contact RPM transmissions they can tell you what needs to be done for that swap and what your 05 A4 differential can handle, stock and with upgrades.

Fyi - when you hear people on this forum bad mouthing the 05 differential, they are usually referring to the diff used with the MN6 transmission. Your differential is a different kind and I'm not sure I've heard of and issues with it.
