Try draining at least some of the coolant and add a mixture of distilled/deionised water and Redline Water Wetter.
Also, check your fans settings, if you're running the stock C6 fan. If it's still on the factory settings, you need to ramp it up. Either you need your tuner to do that or get yourself a handheld, like an Intune and do it yourself. Most folks say that you need to keep the "cycle rate" setting on the fan below 90% or it will burn the fan wire plug. You may want to check that to see if that's not part of the problem already.
In that kind of climate adding a louvered hood may make a big difference as well, but that's obviously an expensive option. I think ACS and others sell louvre inserts that you can cut the factory hood and install to let out some of the hot underwood air.

Fans, shrouding, vented hood, water wetter.
Only way I found to cure it for sure is to do a nice custom fan setup. A shop in Tempe did mine and it was night and day difference. Dewitts PWM fan on custom shroud. Not cheap, but cools fine.

Big difference between 90-100F and 110+. Before fans/etc no issues in 100F weather, but 110F is a different ball game.

It isn't radiator and size as much as fan. Moving even the cut down radiator cools fine, it is at idle and low speeds. It is about getting the most fan on possible.

The stock radiator sucks on a blower car. Wedged the Big one back in my procharged car and problem went away. Stock fans. I let it idle in front of the shop the other day for 15 min just to listen to it. Never got over 180.
