Yep. We have ran a few of them. Even a custom one cut down 3 inches for an F1X car we built

RSD makes one that seems like good quality. It's cut down an extra inch and quite a bit thicker, so installation can be slightly more tricky

I had a full size dewitts and just sent it to a custom radiator shop and they cut a huge chunk out of the corner on the blower side for $150, all welded up and looks perfect, but I forgot about the AC condensor at the time since had so much stuff going on so don't make same mistake I did!

Can you retain the stock fan with a DeWitt's shorty, or is it necessary to use their twin fan set up?

You need a twin fan, the stock one would still poke up to where the original radiator top was

I just received my DeWitts shorty and they never mentioned anything about the fans, but this thread started me thinking. Guess new fans will have to be ordered.

AC condenser is already a few inches shorter. Not following yuh hear.
