Default Stainless Steel Headers Made In USA for Under $800 Shipped @ Hinson Motorsports

Hinson Motrosports is proud to bring the C6 and C6 Z06 Corvette market the first set of MADE IN AMERICA, stainless steel, ceramic coated 1 7/8 headers for under $800.00 shipped to the lower 48 states. The headers are all mandrel bent with 1 7/8" primary tubes, 3/8" thick flanges, and 3" collectors. Also, all of our headers and x-pipes are ceramic coated to help reduce heat under the hood and the interior of the car. Our headers slide in to place without the need to loosen the engine mounts or the front crossmember. Installation time is short and can be done easily from below the car. Fitments currently available for the C6 wet and dry sump models with off road connections only.

*Expect to see gains of 25rwhp or more from the addition of these headers with a tune.

Price Includes & is Valid Through July 5, 2015
  • Ceramic Coated Stainless Steel Headers
  • Ceramic Coated Stainless Steel X-pipe (Select your vehicle)
  • Stainless steel rear axle back connection pipes

That really seems like a great deal. Hopefully some people will start posting feedback on them soon

I'm confident that they will. We have to give everyone time to get them and put them on. Still too early for reviews yet.

In your testing how has the t409 material held with discoloring and or rusting issues?

We havent had any issues. Most of your catback systems on the market are 409 and hold up just fine. We ceramic coat all of our systems as well, to add some heat protection. All in all has been great. Test car has been a 2011 Z06 that's been happily modified.

Any possibility of adding an additional O2 bung on one or both banks for those of us who run a wideband in additional to factory O2's?

My currently installed headers are t409 and they look just like any other SS headers after several thousand miles. I don't have any rust on mine but mine are a different brand.

No. That would be something you would have to add.

Thank you for the feedback. Sometimes people like to hear from someone other than us.

Installs without removing the steering rack, or lowering the front cradle.
