Default Air Intake

Trying to get some experience on if I should go from my ls2 callaway honker to a larger maf and intake like on a ls3/ls7. The car is an 402 ls2 and made 505 rwhp with a fast 92 and stock tb, now I will have and msd intake and nw 102 tb and a 300 wet direct port system

I dont have any experience with a LS2 but it would only make sense to me to match the new intake and throttle body with a 4"intake and maf (102mm) i run a LPE 100mm maf but it reqrequires the ECM to be retuned.
