The quest for 1600+rwhp
We built this car for the customer before when he stated he wanted 1krwhp on pump gas. We had a TTIX kit and a forged LS7, Car made 1020rwhp. During the same time we were building his friends F2 procharged 4L80 C6. He asked how much power will that make? I told him hopefully around 1200rwhp. His reply was then I want 1400. We sold the engine, turbo kit etc and started from scratch. Here are the pics of the build so far.
Engine setup is an ERL 430 cubic inch with All pro LS7 heads, Jesel rockers, Billet rods etc... Will be controlled by the Holley Dominator EFI, RPM Level 6 TR6060 trans, RPM Level 4 Rear Diff, RPS Triple clutch(may not be enough) Turbos are from Jose at Forced inductions. They are 76/83 that we installed Tial V-band housings on. Precision 44mm Waste gates.
We had Ron Shearer come to our shop and build the hot side of the turbo kit. He also built the twin A2W intercoolers we will be using. Down pipes will go out the hood.

looks great cant wait to see results! youll need the quad for sure on the clutch. i toasted the tripple at 1100 wheel. just recently upgraded to the quad for the new build. shooting for around the same power 15/1600. your hotside looks pretty similar to the one we have on the twin promod 88 car were doing too (we stuck the snails down lower and more up front though.

Hi fran. Car looks stunning so far! Are the headers equal length? Have you got any pics off the car? Craftsmanship is amazing but then I wouldn't expect anything less from Shearer!

When tuning this beast near future, I guess you'll only read those plugs easily available. :-) #5 and perhaps #7 as well?
Any plans to measure EGT's?
