Nice!

I'm curious what it looks like from the front with the hood down?

that looks freaking MEAN! did you say what intercooler you used? how are IATs and how responsive does this setup feel when cruising around? curious if you could post the whole dyno sheet also? I'm interested to see what the torque curve looks like compared to my D1SC 427ci setup with similar power.

I used a cx racing intercooler 32X12X4 and it was 94* outside on theses dyno runs. I'll email the shop and have the graph sent to me so I can get a full one. It spools up as soon as you hit the gas it's like instant lol. It's not even lazy outside of boost because of the compression.

Yea E85 is amazing. We could've turned the boost up more too if we wanted.

Yea it's actually not that expensive to replicate because the piping isn't running all the way to the rear of the car. The spool up is so loud from the drives seat. Who knows it might suck the hat off someone's head when they count off for a run lol.

I'm sure if smaller piping is used on the crossover you can have it tucked back under. Like 2.5 inch or 2.25 crossover would work fine for that. For me it was either dump up or down.

This is from up front looking toward the rear:

For sub 1000hp, a 2" crossover pipe on each bank is sufficient. Nice looking build.

Mines are 3 inch but I personally wouldn't go any tighter then 2.25 at least with a 7.0L lol.

Anyways guys I decided to upgrade one of my fuel pumps, going form AEM 380lph to a Grams 440lph E85 inline pump. I'm pretty excited to change it out since now changing pumps is a breeze without the OEM saddle bag style tanks.

Unfortunately for me one of the AEM Fuel pumps decided to Crack on me, I'm unsure how

I'm going to try and contact AEM to see if I can get another pump to replace this defected one. The other pump is fine.

Looks very good. I have a pretty good log book of testing with the LS platforms over the last 15 years. My last combo was a 450"(7.37liter) LS on methanol(M5), MSD promag44 ignition with a 118mm(1.50 turbine) that had 1 7/8" headers and a 2.5" crossover made little over 3x the power. Turbos want velocity before the turbine. It definitely takes alittle to digest. I have always sized the hot side pre turbine for peak RPM/VE/Boost so the combination is optimized at full tilt out the back door. On a side note who did the fabrication.

Thanks, Matthew Coleman at Speedzone in Kissimmee FL fabricated the kit. Do you have any pics of your setup it sounds sick.

People do have a hard time digesting that Math, Phil. But it works! I think you were the one leading that deal several years ago.

Wasn't there a big thread on yellowbullet on this? I know Phil was in on that, but most can see the size of the turbine housing volute is tiny and it not making a lot of sense to step up to a huge pipe just to neck down again.

I love the idea though OP, nice to see different things in here. I often wonder if I really needed to run a full heavy exhaust if the car is just for fun.

Yeah, I am thinking about something similar but with 2" hot side and a precision billet turbo. My dad is bringing down all of my fabrication stuff this weekend to my new place in atlanta.
