On3 performance turbo kit
#21
Have a buddy making 650ish wheels through an auto with their kit, it definetly works very well. Hasn't had any issues with it 15k miles so far. Defiantly not the highest quality kit but it definetly isn't as bad as people say it is. I'm thinking of doing one on a beater for giggles.

I think it'll be fine. Check it out http://www.on3performance.com/shop/2...06-twin-turbo/ I don't think it's finished but at 4700 even if it needed a couple of modifications it's better then spending 10K+ Just my .02

LMAO that kit looks better then the 10K+ kits that are getting sold. V band is already a step up because others don't even offer that but want to vette tax their kits.

Interesting. It looks like a combination of the APS and TTIX kit (with user_name wastegate mod).

Well I'm going to have to reserve judgment because the housing pics are six months old and the under carriage shot is a year old and doesn't jive with the integrated wastegate and gravity drain.

So you wouldn't see them from the bottom??

I'd like them on the turbine housing. I'm saying that pic from the underneath doesn't show them like that and it shows them in an APS type orientation which would prevent gravity drain which they promote. So until I see a production ready kit I'm withholding judgement.

I have a on3 kit on a fbody and the stainless Hot side is heavy duty. Can't tell you much about durability because I haven't got to drive it much. The instructions were not great and there was some additional work they never mentioned but nothing crazy. The corvette system has some serious potential for the price and the wastegates position.

I'm just glad to see lower cost options being put out there. Obviously the market will determine whether they are worth the price or not..

I emailed them as well and they are going to have pics and everything updated on the site tomorrow. I still don't understand how the turbos will gravity drain where they are at. How does one gravity drain with a dry sump anyways? I thought all dry sump turbo setups had to have a scavenge pump...
