I'll start with 100 and Ascending 25 shot.

my LS3 bump with a BAP started failing me at only 575 RWHP (Mustang dyno). I've since gone LS7 pump at 640 same dyno and no issue I'm aware of at the moment.

Weird. I'm making over 100 more wheel on a mustang dyno then when yours failed, & I'm still on my Grandsport pump, injectors that came w/ ECS Kit, and a BAP.

Ask your tuner what he feels comfortable with doing. If you ask people on the forum this type of question your going to get a million answers such as my situation vs the guy I commented a post on. My pump is running strong @ well over 100 more hp at the wheels then when his failed. It's all irrelevant and comes down to what the tuner feels comfortable with. Some will push the duty cycle and be ok with it if AFR is decent and some need to see its got room left for safety etc... Good luck.

I was pulling a 200 shot off the rail on my ls3. But my car is only bolt ons. No issue with fueling though. Id say for your 416 plus a 150 shot your going to need at least a BAP.
