I can't wait to see how this turns out, probably will be making the swap to tt next year.

Not sure how long til I get them, figure 2-4 weeks, donno, but the garage is almost to the point of being able to work on the car so I may start tearing it down soon.

Yeah I know, but with the rain and Gary moving his GF in we haven't had a chance. But we have been talking about it so we haven't forgotten.

LOL! Well WPC has been too slammed building motors, but I think I'm on the better side of that as well. Camaro's running, ERL CTSV motor is done as well as the stock LS1 is together, and Hellraiser's motor is torn apart and parts are on order, and Vette pistons are REALLY ordered this time since Wiseco dropped the ball on that one after messing up two different sets. Also did I tell you I got a good deal on a set of Sunnen Dial bore gauge and setting fixture?

Just got around to taking the old ones off this last weekend. I need to get a bit for the die grinder to see about hogging out the T3/T4 flange on the up pipe to make sure there is no interference and then I can ~mount them and see what mods need to be done to the downpipes as the old were a 4 bolt turbine exit with a v-band adapter and the new ones exit as v-band natively. I'm a bit worried about the T3 bolt holes in the flange not providing enough sealing surface, may have to weld them up or just weld on new T4 flanges since the flange position will need to be modified.

If you want to bring them over we can do both weld up the holes and modify the openings.

Went over to WPC (Inspector12's) to mod the up pipes. Welded in some bolts to fill in the T3 holes and ground the overlapping portion of the T3/T4 flange.

Before:

After:

Now I just need to extend the downpipes which will take a little finesse:

I was just talking to a buddy about doing a kit like that on his grandsport..

Fender mounts with some up pipes out the top of the fender would be cool..

But I've seen two of them with the pipes out the bottom of the fender. That don't look bad either.
