Definitely hard wire the coil harness extension in. (Aka, cut off plugs, solder it all and heat shrink it.)

Pics of my coil mounting:

You guys have been a ton of help. Would you happen to have pictures where you soldered it?

Mine with Holley valve covers. Got more wire loom and cleaning up to do but you get the idea.

I'm still undecided on the valve covers. I was originally set on the Proform Black with CHEVROLET. Hard to beat the price. Lately been thinking of the GMPP Polished. I already have some coil relocation brackets to put inside fenders, along with MSD build spark plug wires, and harness extension. Would love some of Katech painted to match my car but I don't want to spend that much on them.

Whatever custom engraved graphic logo you want

Edit: Wegner Automotive makes these. I apologize if I made it sound like I made them.

I actually don't know but Casey at Wegner Motorsports will be happy to answer any questions. I haven't asked how much they are even though I'm having a set made haha. Awesome company though and by far the best looking valve covers I've ever seen for a LS engine IMO. Plus these don't need custom length wires as far as I know. Just specific to the LS3, LS9 style coil packs is all.

I'll update on that once I get mine. I don't see where they would be a issue hitting the alt or alt bracket though.
