You do realize handling went out of the window when youre shooting for 1100+ right? Magnetic ride suspension is garbage, first thing I deleted from my car. If you want any chance of traction on the street, you will be on 15" rims with drag radials. Again good luck with your "handling"

Curious what the "fastest" car you ever owner before this?

Nothing special. Before this, my same C6 Z make 691 rwhp and 738 rwtq on an ECS 1500 kit with the restrictor plate on and the standard pulley.

And before that I had a 2006 C6 with a built 428 from Texas Speed making 549 rwhp and 530 rwtq through 4:10 years. Always manual

My buddy has an blown (2200r centri) LMR C7 (manual) making 1,086 and does just fine with drag radials on 18s out back.

Remember, I'm using a Pro EFI for traction control and boost-by-MPH, so I'm hoping to avoid getting spindles and dropping my carbon ceramic brakes to go down to a 15 inch wheel. I'm also never racing from the dig. Just roll racing from 60 mph.

LOL...that's a high 9 sec quarter mile car. That 'special' in my book. That's around where mine is and it's evil fun. I can't imagine over 1k whp.

That "Garbage" mag ride hooks more than whatever you had apparently. Unless the ZR1 mag ride is different. As far as I know the Z07 does have the same suspension as the ZR1 so I don't see him having too much trouble.

We do two different types of racing, you're idea of hooking and mine aren't the same.

My car hooked 10 times better after going to z suspension. And that was when I was na.
That's a 9 second auto tt 5.0

He has said he does not plan to dig race, so digs obviously don't matter to him while a 60 roll does matter. Which is exactly what I do with the same suspension and tire size and it hooks great.

I spun from a roll na with my mag ride, it wouldn't allow enough squat. Mag ride was never designed for weight transfer like that, it's a sport/comfort suspension. He also has a turbo car which power comes on completely different than a blowe car. If he can get 1200hp to hook on stock mag ride and 18s(without the traction control pulling massive amounts of power) I'll be extremely shocked.

Squats fine for me, I don't see it being much different. His power will come in smoother so should be even easier on the tire than mine. I don't think he will be able to put 1200 down at 65, but I do think he will be able to put over 1000 down and 1200 at 100mph. Guess we will see when the car is finished.

What's your rear wheel gap normally? Must be monster trucking. Apparently your suspension was touched by baby Jesus because every high hp Vette that puts in work has aftermarket suspension

If mine was touched by baby Jesus so was Ace32x's car. He put down more than me. Also we raised the front some after these pics. Rubbed too much under heavy braking. Got shorter fronts now though so it is about this height again.

Oh you mean the car with 15s and traction control. The rear of your car doesn't seem like it's squating much from your two pics? Curious what you run in the 1/2 mile? 1000+With traction you should be 180ish right?

Guess it lifts the front more than squating the rear. Don't really care what it does I just know it hooks. He use to have 18s. This car will have the same traction control he has. And I've never done half mile. Did 167 at ti with 120 whp less than it has now and we didn't spray 2nd because we didn't think it would hook. Finished the car 3am the day of TI. Plan to go back in fall and run 170+ then go to a half mile and go 190+.
