Default Anyone Wanna Take a Shot?

My tuner (JTM in Deer Park, NY) is in the final stages on my latest build: 2012 Centennial Edition ZO6 with ZO7 package. I've dumped the LS7 for the much stronger aluminum block 5.3 liter LS motor, sleeved it out with Darton sleeves and complimented it with a Callies Dragon Slayer crank ending up with a 7.1 liter 434 cubic inch motor assembled by Brian at LME in Houston. Texas Speed PRC 265 aftermarket cast rectangular port heads with titanium intake valves and bored .030 over top off the motor. Additionally, I have a PMC (Precision Metal Craft) billet/almunim short intake manifold. Bumping that heart is a Pat G spec'ced daily driver turbo-specific camshaft with decent lift on both sides. I should have roughly 10.1:1, or 10.2:1 compression. I've also got ID 1700 injectors and specific lines that will work well with E85. In addition to this, I have an Aeromotive triple hanger fuel pump set up, an ECS fuel block, and all this is controlled by a ProEFI 128 ECU. And finally, I have a TTIX kitalong with it's Precision 6265 dual ceramic ball bearing twin turbos. I've opted for the upgraded 3 inch downpipes as well. I'm going to shoot for the stars in the Dyno soon, and will be using Ignite 114 (E-90 mixed with 10% race fuel blend).
How much do you guys think I'll make on a Dyno Jet? And how about a Mustang Dyno?

I think max effort will be no more than 1285 rwhp. You will be turbo limited. If it starts showing diminishing returns with added boost, I wouldn't keep going just to chase a number. 1200rw would be a realistic number that might maintain some reliability.

Damn guys, I'm really hoping to live up to the numbers you're telling me. I always try to temper my expectations. As long as I crack 1,100 rwhp on a standard/typical Dyno Jet on kill mode, I'll be thrilled. But if I make the power you guys think I will, I'll have a permanent grin on my face!

I should have the numbers with a few weeks and will let you know.

Thanks for chiming in!!!

I made around 1100 on 21 psi with a F1X, you should be beyond that

TTIX kit uses T3 housings and manifolds on the turbine side.

My cooling system is whatever the TTIX kit comes with. Looks like a good intercooler. I'm also hoping that running E85 on the street and Ignite 114 (Basically E90 mixed with race fuel) on roll race events (I'm not planning on racing from 0 mph cuz I have a stock rear end and stock half shafts).
It's am air-air intercooler cuz I'm not a fan on having a small waterfall in my trunk. My buddy has that and it makes us feeling like we need to pee every time we go out in his car. It's pretty loud.

I assume he's talking radiator, fan, etc. which would be totally separate from the TTIX kit.

It'll make a good # now but if you're anything like some of us you'll want more within a week.

I'd see how it does first.

Dewitts makes a nice radiator/fan upgrade. D3PE makes a nice fan upgrade as well. But I'm assuming you're in NY so it's not like you're dealing with Florida heat/humidity

The highest I've ever heard of was 1,290 rwhp with a stock 90mm throttle body and the same PMC billet aluminum short leg intake manifold on E85 by Lethal Performance in San Antonio, TX.
I'll be happy with 1,150.

I e been told by my tuner that I'm limited due to the size of the 6265 dual ceramic ball bearing turbos. Those are the largest turbos that can be fitted got that out due to the location of the turbos. I like the position of them being behind the motor rather than in front, where it would NOT😀 negatively impact handling.

Correct. It will be another 10 years before my wife allows me to move back down to South Florida again.

Gonna daily drive it first and foremost. That's the priority. I want to pick up groceries with it. But I will also be roll racing it at roll race events 6 or 7 times a year. Also gonna mess around on the street on Sunday mornings with my friends at select spots.
