Default Those with an hose for the radiator

What size did you go with? I see a lot of people use -16 on ls1tech. It just seems too restrictive, so I was considering -20. Anyone with experience on this let me know what you did.

I think most people use -20. What are the reasons for going with AN fittings vs hose clamps?

I did a Honda and used -16 an. A stock honda hose is about a 1" hose. -16 is 1" I believe.

I did not make the setup myself but I had a customer with a BBC boat that had -24 on it.

I know that probably doesnt help at all but I would no go smaller that -20 personally

Just the way the new setup puts the radiator I'd feel more comfortable having an fittings on it.

That's how I feel as well. None of the cars I see -16 on seem to have Ac and drive a lot on the street

I ran stainless tube with 2 hoses. Was a lot cheaper than an.

After looking at what you doing, since you are solid mounted I would run a hardline on the frame rail and have 2 rubber hoses off that. That way everything is out of the way.

That's what crossed my mind because I really don't want to spend $200 on hose and fittings lol

All the pipe is running on the other side of the turbo, I flipped the thermostat housing around so it faces in..

91mm precision, stock 6.2 in a zr1 with a cam.
GM manifold modded for fuel injection.
Id1300s on e85
Flex fuel sensor
Coils in the fenders
Tiny little radiator stood strait up
10lb wastegate Spring.
5in downpipe
Still not quite done with it. But my buddy grabbed a few cool looking pics of it the other day.

And I worried about it?? No I am not.

Could they likely be high and **** and cause me lots of problems? Yes that's a possibility..

If someone comes out with a intercooler manifold that fits under stock hood, I'll probably pick it up. I might even just build a custom one...

But for the sake of simplicity and looks I'm starting it out like this and see where it takes me..

Also seeing a couple of the fancy meth kits, made me think about just doing a direct port meth kit under the manifold
