Agreed ^^^
That may not even be hooked up, or maybe after the pull. Can't say anything without seeing AFR on the graph.

Looks like the engine is shut off at that point to me???
I didn't know a wideband could go as low as 9:1 to be honest.
If it's that rich I would think it would be billowing black smoke out the tailpipes at WOT?
OP: Maybe you'll be lucky and find out when you take it to another tuner that the HP/Tq numbers are way off too, because those sound way too low for that kind of boost. Maybe he hasn't figured out how to calibrate his fancy new dyno yet??
I would carefully drive it to the nearest reputable competent tuner and have him put it on his dyno and sees what that reveals.

Yeah, he should have given you a graph that showed AFR, boost etc at various RPMs, otherwise it wouldn't make sense to put it on a dyno, IMV.
I'm thinking at this stage the only thing I would want from him would be my money back...

Looks like you guys just might be right. I had assumed that whatever picks up MAP and other readings on the dyno just wasn't hooked up and that's why it wasn't reading, but that very well could be a bad assumption.
Regardless.. Move on and up.

Anybody tuned on a mainline dyno before? Lots of folks on the Interwebz calling that brand of dyno a heart breaker because it shows low numbers (lower than a Mustang Dyno). I wonder if the tuner was logging AFR.
OP, is it blowing black smoke?

Do some Internet research on that dyno. Call your tuner and ask him what the AFR and timing that he configured. Explain that you don't have alot of experience, but the numbers seem low. Report his answers here and let the more experience folks tell you if they make sense.
If that dyno show 10-15% lower than a dynojet, that would be up to 75'ish more HP, which is getting into the range everyone might expect. Then add 12'ish % more for driveline loss and the picture starts to make sense.
Just my .02
