I have a C5, but my car would barely stay running on a hot start and sometimes die after adding my cam and supercharger.

After doing some research I found that adding to the friction airflow table might help.

I set the values to 1.0 in the warm and hot ECT range, and hot starts are great now.

That's the weird part. My engine is 100% stock, valve covers have never been off. The blower really require that much extra airflow on startup?

It's usually because you now have big injectors with the SC install. I tell guys as a test, during the engine cranking push the throttle about 1/3 way down and if it fires up then you are too rich. Then adjust the cranking airflow tables, etc.

Also I've seen a few meth kit installs go on without the little check valve just before the meth nozzle and it ends up siphoning meth and causing hard starts. Or customer complains meth is running out very quickly even when just cruising and not going into boost. The high vacuum during cruising siphons the meth out really well, lol. Those little check valves are critical. AlkyControl includes these on all his kits.

I tried what Josh said about pressing the pedal 1/3 of the way down when in hard start mode and it started up. Maybe premature since I only have a sample of 1.
