I get the not all psi is the same for everyone , i just read about what is "typically" ok on a stock bottom end with standard style 3 layer gaskets and standard head bolts. Thats why i was thinking go a bigger blower with less psi to make more power and be"safer" the. Turning the 1500 series a bit harder creating more psi/heat/detonation...

Anywhere from 10 to 40psi.
Less PSI doesn't make anything safer unless you are worried about popping an intake weld or coupler. 800rwhp=same cylinder pressure at 10psi or 12psi. The stress on the motor is from cylinder pressure, not boost. How you get there, the pistons/rods/headgasket DGAF.

I don't think he is listening to you guys very much.
I fallowed this as he built his car. It deterred me from going to the 2200R until I a am at the point the 1500 just will not work for my needs. So much needs to be upgraded before you are ready for the big power.
Great info

Yah, didn't want to fly the askhole flag yet, but definitely going there.

I'm at 750/650 on a mustang dyno with 14deg of timming. 12#'s, Meth ARH 1-7/8 and a BTR small blower cam. Not much over stock lift. This was on a 90deg day.
Not sure why people need much more. This car rolls out and stll drievs stock.
