Second design is def. better

What injectors are you running and have they been checked out? Maybe swapped pass/driver sides to make sure problem doesn't follow?

First design started being a problem for inconsistent fueling when I was around 1000-1200 rwhp so from then on I do it like you second design, And I'm only talking about your supply and return from the fuel rails. The pumps I've done both ways with no issues. I agree with schpenxl to trouble shoot and see if it follows the Injectors. Another possibility is valve adjustment, A TON of ppl struggle with it and it can and will cause issues with the AFR. And if all that your 100% on then I'd be looking at wiring etc... GL!

the wiring is 100% i think need to change the fuel rail The Mozez intake come with big port fuel rail 12an to much big

3 run i got AFR presser side 12.5 and the retain side 16 i change just place after i got more 80rwhp and good AFR but not 100%

last run driver side pistons 12.5 and fuse side 13.8 i got 80rwhp

now want to change to second design

need 2 Y 10an just and do you think change fuel rail to go 10an or 8an the mast make it 12an i can swimming in side lol

I don't understand everything your saying sorry. But the sizing shouldn't be a problem no matter -12, -10, -8. Once the lines are full it doesn't matter, they will build pressure. But yeah a -10 should feed that fine I don't think I would go any smaller than that with the Weldon pump your running. I do use usually one size smaller on my returns, but in reality that shouldn't matter, cause the regulator should be able to manage it.
