I run ID1300s, Fore Innovations triple pump kit for e85 with AEM 50-1200 pumps, and the DSX flex fuel kit. There are other ways to skin a cat but I'm very happy with this setup.

At least 1000s if not 1300s. 1000s will need higher base pressure. Dsx makes a great kit and support.

I'd just do ID1700's while you're at it.

Id1300s will be plenty for you using E85. 1340cc/min @ 3 bar and around 1500cc/min@ 4 bar and you'll need fuel delivery of roughly 600lph with E85(I'm guessing your pumps are up to that task) ...DSX is a good guy to use for the flex fuel kit.

Download the zipped file at the bottom of the 1st post in this thread to get a idea of injector flow and pump flow needed for 93 vs E85...injector duty cycles etc etc etc.. It's a very helpful plug and play spreadsheet to figure fueling needs.
