Default What 15 inch weld back spacing do I need to go with?

Hey guys I got a 2006 base model corvette with the wide body rear conversion.... I need to know what back spacing to go with to have flush wheels and tires... Do I go with the z06 back spacing or the 7.5 inch back spacing of the base model? I want my wheels and tires to be flush. I'm ordering the weld single bead locks in 15 inch.

"Weld rts, 18x12 with a 8.7 back spacing....did a brake conversion because they wouldn't clear the Z06 calipers, but now I can fit a 15"

from fb. You should be fine with z51 brakes or base brakes.

Cheers bud yeah the girl from weld just confirmed that as well. She was confused. She thought I was after 17 inch rims.

couldn't agree more, 15" is a fad too, had 17" M&H work better and feel far more stable on the street than 15"
