Default Cam revamp

well since Black Friday i got my built LQ9 408 ordered and in , mantic 9000 twin full kit ordered and in . This got me thinking about one more thing with my YSI setup and since im staying the same top end build (PRC stage 2.5 243's miled .015 and NW fast 102 mm setup) . I have everything out if its worth swapping to a "blower cam" ive looked into a few from BTR and Tick . Im currently on a tick stage 2 street heat 233/240 .627”/.607” LSA112+2 that has maybe 6k miles on it since i was N/A . Cam drives pretty well just was thinking maybe on this new setup if I should just swap cams . Maybe it would make the blower come in a bit earlier or help besides just a dyno #? Cams im looking at were the "ccp jam cam " or BTR STAGE 3 400ci stroker cam . Thought ls and opinions would help a lot . Thanks guys!

You have a decent amount of cam overlap with that cam, I just had BTR spec me a cam for my 2200r 231/246 115lsa

yea i was wondering what that would affect with FI, the stroker camer Aaron at BTR was telling me about is 239/254 621/596 114+3 which they say works well with a YSI . I also looked at a few other cams since this post. Just debating if its honestly worth the money at this point ya know?

If you were happy with your old cam keep it, I left my 228/232 112 lsa cam in when I first did my 2200r and was decently happy with the results, but now im going max effort (402") and wanted something more specific. Will it make a difference? IDK. my car did 1021 turned all the way up but i drove around at about 830 and I wasn't happy because the big blower felt laggy and I was shifting early. It didn't feel as fast as my maggie with spray but it was actually faster.

see that what im kinda wondering, this cam came in hard at like 4200-4500 but im shifting at 6500 max . So it was real laggy im not sure if that cam or me on a 3.8" pulley . I know im not in the full effeciency range yet. Just curious if a cam will change that , on my N/A setup this cam was a nasty pulling bitch all power curve.

I would be willing to bet that a custom cam will help with that, my car feels like a turbo car hits hard at 4k

I'm also looking for cam recommendations, Was looking @ the BTR, Tick & A&A sticks. V3 Si will be maxed out @ 6,4xx w/ 3.4 pulley. Engine itself is bone stock as of now. Really wanting a choppy idle tho if possible.
