Not sure with ECS, but with A&A if it was a C5 kit, the throttle body will hit the bracket. You can flip the TB upside down and extend the wires to fix that.

Doug can better answer if that is a possibility.

No reason it should be doing that unless it is the wrong bracket IMO.

Mine has a ton of clearance there. Not even close.

Any thoughts on the spacer? Apparently we need a machined .200" spacer that I'm trying to locate somewhere in town. Any ideas?

This is why we have different brackets from C5 to C6. So all the aftermarket intakes can be used.

In this case it looks like you have the wrong bracket for a C6. You can make it work, but you will have to message it a little.

Any machine shop can make that spacer, but we can send one out to you if needed.

At idle we hear a slight intermittent vibration/grinding sound come from the supercharger area. We noticed the blower bracket rubs against the throttle body motor. Like when facing the car, the protruding piece of the throttle body that sticks out towards the passenger side contacts the bracket. Is that normal and would that cause any issues?

Second, the upper pulley looks like it needs to move a hair towards the engine. Is it necessary to place a spacer like the .200 washer ECS sells?

PLX/dashlogic is being buttoned up too. Scrolling through the pages initially doesn't show afr. I'm guessing we need to set it up on a laptop to do so?

thanks so much for all the help so far brethren.
I posted step by step instructions how to do it. Search around for it. If you can't find it I'll dig up the pictures

Basically setup calculated pid that converts 0-5V to afr then use that pid on whatever page you want it on

So the new tensioner I ordered from ECS is apparently bad. I need yet ANOTHER one. TX2K is no longer an option for me.

I have vids with sound of the faulty tensioner.

Oh well, what another fukofnjdhddng year.
