Looks like an awesome build you have going there. That thing will certainly be a beast. I'm going to suggest that you call it "Chemo".
You're certainly getting good advice from the most knowledgeable guys on these forums. The only things that I would add to your list, along with the drivetrain upgrades that Unreal mentioned, would be simple stuff like a Mighty Mouse catch can and some Hinson motor and transmission mounts. And, as I can only imagine that you're going to change the cam as well, I would also suggest that you chose your heads and then have someone like Pat G spec you a boost specific cam to match the heads.
Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery. I'm sure this build will be the best therapy.

Spend a good amount on cooling system if car is going to be driven in 100+ weather.
Look at allpro/lme heads.
I'm bumping the compression up as suggested. I have E85 stations available to me so that's definitely a possibility. I was honestly just gona run 93 pump. I don't have a HP number in mind of what I want. With what I'm doing its gonna be stronger and faster then what it was so I didn't want to get caught up in the number game. I figure my build with pump and a shot of nitrous with C16 will be plenty. And the parts I'm using give me room to grow if I feel the need to. I wanted to keep it simple for now but give me room to grow.

Am I curious to how much HP it will make? Sure. but I'm not worried about numbers. Just a good quality build first and foremost. The numbers will be what they are, which I'm sure will be more than my N/A and make the car a blast to drive...

You can always do a flex fuel setup. I run one via Fore Innovations fuel system. I primarily run e85 but it's nice to be able to run 93 if needed.

I was looking into that. I saw a thread about e85 and you bought that up. great info... that may be an option.. Do you have a link to the setup your talking about? Would I need an aftermarket ecu to be able to switch tunes automatically?

I run their kit with triple AEM 50-1200's, PTFE -10 & -8 lines, Holley billet fails, ID1300's, etc. The fun will adjust accordingly depending on ethanol content so you can use the stock ecu.

I would recommend reaching out to vendors and see if they can give you a better price. I never pay retail for the parts I buy. Always a shop around.

No.

Just a flex fuel sensor, plumb it into fuel system (a lot of people do it on the return line if it's a full return style system). Run power to flex fuel sensor, run signal to ECM (google E38 flex fuel pin and you'll find it).

You can get the sensor on Amazon for like $50

Obviously tune has to be changed to enable sensor but it's stupid easy to do.

Can you guys give me so advice on selecting heads. I was looking into the PRC 285's but have read some threads where they failed and PRC didn't help the people who owned them at all. I also was looking into the LSX LS7 heads. I'm looking for a 6-bolt head setup. I appreciate all advice I can get.

UPDATE:

Callies Crank/Rods and Pistons are all ordered and on their way. The LSX block should be here soon also. Decided to go with the DUAL pump Fore Innovations setup for fuel system (gonna talk to tuner 1st before ordering this coming week). As far as heads I'm still debating. Got good advice and I'm looking into them. Gonna contact WCCH Monday and check my options. Gonna upgrade to a Dewitts radiator also to help with cooling issues as much as possible.

Super excited to get parts rolling in....! Thanks for the advice/support everyone. Appreciate it.

Why not triple? Cost difference is almost nothing. Triple AEM320s or 1 465 main with dual 320 backups is awesome setup. I run the triple 465s but wouldn't wish that install on my worst enemy.

Make sure to get the correct dewitts. I landed up buying 3 different ones, and if I wasn't obsinent and want to change stuff, I would order a 4th.

your right, the price difference is only like $50 to start..lol... Not seeing the pump options your talking about though... I'm looking at the 3 - TI Auto F90000274 fuel pumps option

I see what your saying about the radiator. geesh.. I'm on their site and theres a few options. Ill leave that for the shop to figure out.

Don't run a short radiator. Past that figure out what coolers you want/need in it.

no personal experience with prc or brodix but I ended up with MAST heads done up by LME on my LSX 6 bolt setup and very happy with them. No issues yet and made great power. I'm sure LME can point you in the right direction though.

2200x=ysi-b

Decent proven setup. Wouldn't pay extra for billet wheel, but if it is the same price go for it. Proven solid 1000-1200rwhp setup that is very reliable.
