My build - some questions/concerns
Coming to the end of where I want but something still need to upgraded.
Last year I was running ECS 1500 at 14psi with meth on 93 i put down 772 on a Z06 pump with a BAP.
Over the winter I have changed to a 2200 and dual nozzle meth kit.
My guess would be the pump is never going to make it with this 2200. I could try but doubt i will succeed. What dual pump set up would be go to go with say safe to 1200 range...
My other concern is the block. Its a stock alum block but its fully forged.
And my last question would be with this 2200 set up whats a good rear tire/suspension set up for traction mostly roll racing.

What block? What setup. Either way going to be stressing it going for 1200+ on a factory aluminum block. If it is a ls9/a block, pinned, 1/2" head studs, etc it maybe ok.
1200 on 91-93 or e85-e98? 1200rwhp or crank? Either way, your looking at a triple pump setup, not a dual unless you just add a big external like ECS stage 2/3 fuel kit.
Tires/suspenion go straight to a 15" setup with adjustable shocks.
Also if you want to push the 2200 you will need a direct drive or different belt setup than you have now.
If you swap to e85 you may want to go back to a single nozzle meth.

I dont plan to go to 1200, id like to break the 1000 whp mark and thats it.. I just want extra pump for the fact knowing its there. Ill be using 93 pump gas.
The 2200 has a 3.33 pulley on it now.. By pushing the 2200 and needing direct drive. Do I need that now or if i decide to go past the 3.33 pulley.

Run new feed, use original feed as return
If you have access to E85 I'd seriously consider it. Put flex fuel sensor in the return line. E85 is awesome if you have enough fuel system for it

It's not too bad, there are lots of YouTube videos that show how to make them
I think A&A and ECS have setups with pre-made lines though if you don't want to have to make them.. might look into that.
I really don't see how you'll get to 1200 without having to add some fuel lines unless you are dumping in a ton of meth. Just not going to happen. I really wouldn't want to have to depend on meth THAT much personally

Would look at adding a different catchcan/pcv system if you start pushing it harder.
Swap upper pipe to a maf style card or SD setup.
Swap inlet to a 4" setup.
If the factory ls2 block wasn't bored, and you have enough luck, can see 1000+ without issue. Probably run into a head issue before block issue assuming tune is good.

Just better heads. Proper setup 4 bolt heads can take 1100-1200. Stock 243s with off the shelf ARPs, probably not.
LSA/9 with 1/2 fancy ARP (the high end ones, forget the metal call out on them) and good metal gasket can hold 1k all day.

I can't answer that. Probably if it was all setup correctly, tune is spot on.
L19 are the fancy bolts.
