Default Help: Best wide band 02 sensor location

I am trying to get this sensor bung installed before the header does in does anybody have any suggestions or any idea why this won't work?

I would put it after all the pipes have merged. Is there room to put it in the X pipe?

mine is setup similar to yours. biggest problem I had is the length of the wideband / o2 sensor and how close the header gets to the wall of the tunnel.

My PLX wideband and stock o2 sensor had just enough room. I had an 02 sensor go bad and tried to replace it with an aftermarket unit and it was taller. It wouldn't thread into the bung because it was too long.

I agree.. If only running one wideband, you are only seeing one bank this way.. Put it after they merge and you will get a view of the entire motor.

Yes, but into an aftermarket ECU.
