Advice for someone new to a blower car?
If you're willing to help out with this thank you very much.
My car will be ready soon and I've never had a blower car.
11' GS A6: ECS 1500, Alky control, ECS fuel system, long tubes, 8-rib 10% OD, stock everything else.
Based off your experience and trial and error; what kind of tools would you recommend I keep in the garage and/or in the car? At what intervals should I change fluids, how often should I check belt/pulley alignment, meth system, or what kind of symptoms should I be cognizant of?
Any tips/tricks or advice is greatly appreciated. I know this is likely very basic info and I am actively reading up on things as well. I just figured having some open and active dialogue would be helpful.

Pulley alignment only has to be set set once, it doesn't change after that.
Spare belt.
Everything else as needed. Meth pump every ~2 years. Keep a spare around and just swap. Other than that nothing extra besides a general inspection every oil change to ensure stuff is good.

What Unreal said. I also purge the meth and replace with blue windshield washer fluid, if I'm not driving the car a lot in order to prolong the life of the meth pump. This probably only applies to those of us that do not have nice weather all year long.

Thinking about it, air filter needs cleaned far more often. They get dirty quick which will lower boost and lose power. I would plan on cleaning it every ~5-6k miles, or when it looks dirty. That is one difference.
And of course you will go through tires quicker.

just have the blower install and pulleys aligned with a calibrated laser by a shop that has worked on supercharged vettes before and you'll be golden.
also make sure whoever does the tune is a shop with experience on supercharged vettes.
keeping a spare belt in the back with some hand tools is never a bad idea although I highly doubt you'll ever need it.
make sure your tires are sticky!

Every few years take the filter apart on the meth system and also clean the nozzles. With steady use it doesn't get too dirty, but if it sits it builds up a white residue. A clogged nozzle will still make the LED turn green, so it is important to do.
Paxton recommends changing the head unit oil at 2500 miles the first time and 7000 from there, but we recommend changing it with your engine oil just to keep things simple.

I keep a spare USED belt with me and basic tools needed to change it should I absolutely have to. Just a wrench, ratchet and adapter or two basically.
Used belt is always easier to get on for me so that's why I keep one as a spare vs a new one

Unreal nailed it...plus spare belt like everyone else said. I've been using the nice NAPA belts as needed which for some reason my car with the restrictor out has broke one once per year at really high speed load tests. So honestly, I plan to get Doug to send me one and make dang sure I've been getting something equal.

Not sure why any pipes would have to be done, but I do it from bottom. Just reach under with a 1" socket and open it up. Super simple and quick.
