i have a stock ls2 motor and I've rescently bought an Ecs supercharger,
i want to know wat is the safe limit to which I need to restrict my boost on my stock motor,
also suggest if at all I need to get any further mods done to the motor so that it runs smooth without breaking anything,
basically, I need a trouble free motor and hence if this setup needs any further mods, I can do that too
max power im looking at is around 500-550 whp,

At your desired power level it should live a long life with a good tune.

The base kit will make roughly 550/540 +- on an otherwise stock vehicle. With your power goals this is an easy install for you.

Thanks for your business, feel free to contact us anytime if you need any assistance.

650, bumping it up to 8xx this next weekend. Stock bottom end and stock 317 heads from a lq9. You will live a long time at 5-550

my motor has allready done 185000 km but I've done a compression test rescently and all 8 cylinders give 200-210 compression
still do u think the miles done by the motor is an issue?

I'm sure you're fine, you have good compression so as long as it not burning oil etc the go for it.
We have supercharged Vettes with over 100,000 miles on them, one of them now has over 300,000 miles on it. It needed a trans over that time, but the engine has never been opened up.

You may want to consider meth injection with this build, besides making more power safer, if you do have oil build up in the intake etc, that would clean it out for you while lowering IAT's and raising the octane.
Now thinking back on it, not all, but most of our customers cars that have over 100,000 supercharged also have meth injection.

2005 LS2 made 550 whp for 56k miles before #7 ring land failed.

Of course, it is all dependant on how much you beat on the motor.

If your motor is already high mileage and burning a little oil crank it up to 650 and if it goes then your not out that bad haha!
