Sounds like it should fit. If you can get 1-2 ribs on the crank pulley, then walk it on by bumping the motor. Don't put it all the way on the crank pulley, just enough to hold it down there. If belt goes on easy, it is too long. You may need to get a second person to hold the tensioner open as you work it with 2 hands.

I agree.. loosen alternator to get some extra room and be prepared to want to throw something through the windshield, I bet it'll fit

Just top bolt out will get you 1/8" maybe? Taking both out gets quite a bit but then you have to get them back in which can be a PITA. I've had to pull both bolts on new belts before
We can screw around with it tomorrow

well we looked at it and agreed that next size was not going on.. Wish someone had a belt in the 2300mm area.. one now is 2308 and the other one is 2295mm

well made it thru the dyno with out belt slip.. butttt ran out of pump lol, phil had to set a rev limit at 5900rpm
so what dual or triple pump set up should i do ? i also want to be able to use e85 as well at some point.. so a e85 is needed

ECS stage 1 or 2 kit depending on end power level.
Or full out fore triple 320 setup.

i dont want to do any more inline pumps.. i rather do tank pumps.. and even past 800 u would have to run a bap on that
and why the fore set up its like $2500--
when i can drop the tank and add in 2 walbro 485s? just trying to understand i guess.

You're basically at the limit of the Stage 1 ECS E85 system. You could either do the Stage 2 or possibly upgrade the in-tank pump.
EDIT: Replied as you were replying. If you don't want externals (which most people seem to favor here), Fore is the FOTM.

I just made a post asking similar questions and the folks here said they'd rather have a root canal than go into the tanks. I don't have any experience getting in C6 tanks, so if you decide to go that route, I'd be interested to hear your opinion afterwards.
