Fuel system for 800whp on pump E85

I was all over the place with what to do with my car after reading everyone's fuel system set ups and Ideas. I was going to add the A&A/ECS style external pump but....
I have a ECS-1500 on a forged LS7 with meth. Needed a fuel system so why not go Flex fuel set up. I didnt want yet another thing the keep an eye on and figured when the stock pump died Id be in the tank any way.
I went with the FORE twin set up, FC3 controller with one pump on and 2nd pump boost reference. This way I'm not running 2 pumps all the time and I can always add a 3rd if I go crazy like Unreal. PTFE lines, FORE LS7 rails, Dsteck Flex sensore, with some ID1300's. I figured it would be best to just order it all from them and they were really fair with me so far. I stopped up yesterday and they were about done. It looked way better and more professional then If I would have ran the lines and wires. They were going to get it fired up today and check it all out to then start tuning soon.
I was going to put this in my self but I don't have a lift at this time and figured Id just have the shop that will be tuning the car handle it. I drop off a running car and pick up a running car. This why they are not trouble shooting my mistakes on the install and the it end up costing me more then If I just let them do it.

I did some DIY dual in-tank 340s...
I bought most all my fuel system from Racetronix... Dual 340 pumps, -8an Teflon feed, -6an Teflon return, 3/4" fuel rails, E85 regulator, their dual pump wiring with hobbs switch for 2nd pump, and a bunch of fittings...
Also installed dedicated motorsports flex fuel sensor...
Running 127lb(1300cc) injectors... last dyno was 722rwhp @ 9 psi and E57
This was very D.I.Y... You have to modify the factory plastic hanger a bit... Racetronix doesn't send any instructions or pictures... Some cussing involved, but definitely a lot cheaper then say FORE... Dropping C6 fuel tanks is the biggest p.i.t.a. thing to do on these cars and I hope its a lot of years before I have to do it again...

What are some of the things I should check when I get my car back from the shop to be sure the system is operating correctly?

Nice!

I'm only thinking this because, to my simple mind, the one limiting factor with the standard ECS Stage 1 setup would be the size of the stock fuel line coming forward from the tanks.

Nothing. Drive it and see. If there is a problem, take it back and make them fix it. Make sure to do some long drives from full to less than 1/2 tank to ensure siphon is working. Check the gauge to make sure it reads accurate when you add gas, but there is nothing really to look at since it is all hidden.

I got the car back last night. It was low in fuel so I topped it off. If the weather is nice, I'm going to drive it this weekend. My plan is to.
From a full tank.
Run it to 1/2 and then fill it and see how much it takes.
Run it to 1/4 and fill it.
Run it to 1/8th and fill it.
The. I will be able to see if the gauge is accuret and what each level is equal to in gallons. It should be fine but I'm still going to test her out.

Well I'll throw in my .02 for you. I made 1100+ on stock fuel plump with a Magnafuel 4303 external on pump and Meth. Moved to a Fore setup since I'm a dealer so good for me LOL! At the time they didn't even offer a Walbro 450 so I put 3 AEM 1200's and worked great and made 149x on E85 and I still left the Magna fuel in place as a back up etc...I'm currently changing it to there triple Walbro 450's as we speak. I lost all three of the AEM's due to the fact that I didn't see they don't like any extra voltage LOL! My bad. The fuel tank thing isn't all that bad ESPECIALLY if you have the drive train out and you can check the float with an ohm meter as I did and or you can also run a bore scope inside before installing tank. I did both and never had an issue. Money wise I will tell you isn't not a $200 difference almost anyway you go. I like doing all my stuff myself but that's just me. GL hope I didn't confuse you any. a few pictures that I had on my computer, but you can see with and without the Magnafuel and also I had an Aeromotive fuel filter I now have a fore that is a lot finer micro filter. Also I ran a 5/8' hard stainless line up the kick panel.

Oh BTW if your interested I have a complete eliminator set up that came out of a totaled car that had maybe 1500 miles on it complete with the voltage controller and all that I'm selling cheap as well as my old Fore set up that I'm sending back for new Walbro pumps that I'll make good deal on as well. GL!
