Default Anyone's Dallas Performance f1x big mouth intake fit like this?

Did everyone's Dallas performance big mouth intake for a f1x fit like this or am I doing something wrong. I can't get it on without damaging it. Inside diameter of filter is 4 3/16". Outside diameter of f1x inlet is 4 3/4". That's a difference of 9/16". Over a half inch.

Even the intake pipe fits all the way inside of the inlet. (Yes I know it backward. Both sides of the intake measure the same.)

From DP website.... You must have the wrong unit.

This fits P1/D1/F1A/F1C/F1R superchargers only.
For F1X or F2 please click the option below which is $100 upcharge for a larger inlet/coupler/filter.

Well. I guess they could never make a mistake and send the wrong one so I guess just force it to fit.

Im not forcing anything to fit. I know its the wrong one. I know I ordered the right one cause the Invoice says f1x. I sent them these exact pictures. They're claiming its the right one. That It's suppose to be a tight fit. It would be nice if vendors/shops would get something right for a change. Im still waiting on my bracket I ordered 3 weeks ago that was supposed to be on the shelf.

We use that same inlet on all of our X builds and have made 1500 rwhp though that inlet and filter. You have to stretch the coupler over the blower inlet. Its a tight fit but it will work.

I was gonna say the coupler on my A&A inlet looks like your until it's stretched on. Grab a 90 degree pick tool and put that bitch on.
