On what setup? Stock LS3 with stock manifolds or LS7 with aftermarket heads and some 2" longtubes? Totally different boost numbers, yet roughly the same amount of airflow
Boost doesn't matter, airflow is what matters
It'll flow enough for 850rwhp is pretty much max, ~1200cfm

Same with pulley size. Depends on lower/slip/etc etc. You can max it out with a 3.3" or a 3.6" depending on setup.
