Early LS3s have an air scilencer next to the passenger side head. It
needs to be removed
or
the can needs to be remote located.
Catch cans are not location specific parts. They can be mounted anywhere
as long as you can run the lines from/to the manifold.

Yes, comes with everything you need for a basic install.
The chrome fittings/braided Hose/hose clamps are optional
and cosmetic....

Oil Catch Cans are not location specific parts. They do not have to be
mounted on the passenger side Head.
We often get asked where is a good alternate mounting spot.
Corvette Forum Member SFL driver has provided these pictures
of his oil catch can mounted on the radiator shroud
