-Brakes are a safety issue and we take YOUR safety very seriously. We DO NOT USE ANY OLD/ USED BOOTS or SEAL.
Our powder coating process has 2 coats of powder coating applied to each caliper and bracket which hides alot of the casting imperfections on the caliper. We can also powder coat your own calipers. If you are interested in purchasing a set of TPS Powder Coated Calipers OR having your calipers powder coated please contact us. A $400 core charge will be applied when order is placed and your old calipers must be sent back to us to receive your core charge back. Cores must be in good condition without damage.
Caliper brackets are powder coated so the pads can "float" freely in the bracket
-When caliper brackets are painted or powdercoated you MUST make sure the area where the pads sit are free of excessive powder coating. If there is excessive powder coat it will cause your brakes to bind.
Please take a look at our caliper bracket on the right as it is free of excess powder coating in areas where the pads sits... allowing it to "Freely Float" and NOT BIND.

Does this come with everything needed to re-install the new calipers? I already have new caliper mounting bolts, but what about new crush washers etc? haven't ever removed my calipers from the line so I don't know what all is needed. Thanks.

If you want your OWN calipers painted then and send us only the calipers we will STILL rebuild them for you but you will have to reassemble them with the caliper bolts and screws you removed.

The red matches almost EXACTLY to Victory Red. It looks REAL good... we also have ANOTHER red that is brighter and an a little orange tint to it BUT it looks good also!

hahaha.... I have to check our stock of Z51 brakes and I will get back to you. I know we have a few cars coming into the shop to have them installed so I need to make sure we have them on hand. If I get a chance I will swing by the shop today and let you know later tonight.

Hey big guy did you check and see if you have any red with silver writing complete kits available for a 06 z51? If not not biggie I will look around just wanted to check with you guys first my lil bro got his from you all and it was nice work

We will have a set of Z51's ready to ship by the end of the week. Do you need the actual Z51 rear caliper also OR is your kit just the Z51 brackets with the Base Calipers? If you just need the Z51 Brackets we can get a set sent out in a few days for you.
