I don't see where it will install? Can you post link to manual? Also, will the 12" work if mounted on windshield. I'm not sure if to mount on passenger visor or windshield. Thanks.

The recommended place to mount is towards the center of the windshield, on the windshield. The pins go in to the back of the plug (where the wires go in, the pins follow). Black to black, red to orange.
