Heres what I'd like to order (let me know if possible):
-Low beam 6000k's
-Switchback LEDs (with resistors to prevent hyperflash) which do:
----Amber with headlights off (daytime)
----White with headlights on (nighttime)
----IMPORTANT: when turn signal is on, the amber flashes on with the amber on the side marker. Meaning that when the side marker is off, the switchback is white, and when the amber side marker is on, the switchback is amber to match the side marker.
This possible? Let me know and I'll make an order!

I'm not 100% on what you mean by the Important item.
This is how they will function with the lights on. They will be white. When the turn signal is applied they flash back and forth between the colors.
The amber side markers should not blink. These should also be off unless you have your lights on.

Sorry, my fault -I thought the side markers flashed with the turn signals. Do you happen to know whether the switchbacks are amber OR white when they receive power? Obviously they work on a relay system where they are a certain color when they receive power, then when they flash off (as with a turn signal) they are the opposite color.
Do you know which color the switchbacks are when they receive 12V?
EDIT: I'll make it work regardless. How much for a set of 6000k low beams and switchbacks
(like these):
