I just got back into Vettes and purchased an 09 base coupe. Will these npp mufflers fit my car? If so, what are the shipping charges to 14072?

Those will bolt right up as 09 and newer are the same x-pipe an muffler pipes

I just posted a set of NPP mufflers/pipes from cats back so if you were interested but didn't get these, I have another set to sell. I know they are pretty hard to come by so I thought I'd let anyone know who may have been following this thread.

They may be actually better than you think as they have the perforated tips and the highly desired internal muffler mod already integrated from manufacturer, and if you ever run into a GS mid section is an X pipe just like and the same quality as the aftermarket and mandrel bend. Enjoy your ride!
