Default Reverse HID Kits: New LOWER SALE Price! **$77.99**

Our NEW reverse HID kit will change the way you reverse

You will gain super-bright backup light power in a kit that does not require cutting or soldering and can be easily reversed. The kit includes all the pieces you need to complete the conversion for both reverse lights. We even include the lightest ballasts on the market that weigh under 3 ounces each for simple mounting and overall installation!

Install takes 45 minutes on average, requires no special tools and easy enough for anyone to do.

This kit is a must for those that are just fed up with the poorly placed and designed C6 reverse lights and anyone looking to increase visibility when backing out.

Forum Exclusive Sale $77.99

How long is the sale good for? I'm not picking my C6 up until the end of the month.

Pick up a set now! This way you can have them ready to install when the car arrives.

Thanks. But that doesn't answer the question. How long will the sale last?

We don't have a planned end date. It purely depends on how fast they go, and as of lately with the spring being here they are moving!

Thanks. Do you have a kit you could offer, by chance, to work with a 921 style bulb.

921's are very little bulbs, most likely the HID bulb won't fit in the housing. It would need to be an 1157 or 3157 to clear.

What is installation like, is it a pretty easy install? Also are there install instructions on line/your site?

Thanks

Its about 40 minutes. If you can plug wires together and snap clips onto wires you can do the install!

Hey, I've got your LED reverse (among many others), do you have a comparison between the LED's and HID's? Is there any delay in their start up? My hi/lo beams turn on around 50% and after 15 seconds they are 100%. Same kind of thing?

No, these use a smaller style ballast that ignite slightly faster. If you unlock the car they begin to warm up. Once you start the car and put it into reverse you will be at 70% output. If you wait to see whats behind you, you'll be at 100%

about this power up time, lets say you pull into a parking lot and stick the car in reverse. how long until you have full lights?

so by the time you get into 'looking in the mirror mode' and start letting the clutch out to move, you have full light power. that doesn't even sound like an issue.

Actually unlocking the doors with your fob warms up the ballasts so they can ignite even faster

Default HID Back up on 2012 Grand Sport

I'm installing the HID backup on my 2012 Grand Sport, but a little puzzled on how the lamp fits into the rubber grommet. I must of missed something? Any advice from those that have done this mod.?
