Interested in carbon radio console. Appears to be set up for a 1LZ - no F-55 and no heated seats. Is that correct? Will it fit a 2007 C6Z or was it removed from a late model Z?

The heated seats has nothing to do with the console. If your car has heated seats you can just switch your ashtray assembly over to the new console. Te console will fit any year and model C6 also
