Stainless Works is an industry-leader in stainless steel performance headers and exhaust systems and we here at XP MOTORSPORTS have been installing and selling Stainless Work's systems for over 2 decades. In fact STAINLESS WORKS HEADERS are the HEADERS of choice on our own 2009 C6ZO6 race car. In addition to designing a wide range of after-market headers and exhausts, they are manufactured on-site, right here in the
United States by American Craftsmen.
Stainless Work's systems have proven performance increases through pre and post-dyno testing of vehicles.


C6ZO6 Corvette Headers with 1-7/8" or 2" dia. 31" long primaries with "D" shaped port matched flange and 3" slip fit collectors. Includes 3" X-pipe, metallic substrate high flow converters, or off road pipes, O2 extensions, Accuseal clamps, clamp/hanger assemblies, oil cooler lines, compression fittings, zip ties, cable clamps, etc.

I was going to ask via PM but this may help others. For those that are throwing these on a non-Z06 LS3 C6's, is dropping the cradle and rerouting the oil lines still required?

On the standard C6 you will not use the oil lines they are for the dry sump on a ZO6. For both systems the ZO6 and base it is not really required to drop the cross member to install the headers. The dropping of the cross member a little bit just aids in the install as far as snaking everything in place. For a C6 install the pass header from top to bottom driver side from bottom to top. bolt up and your done
