There's a good chance you can use any old Nav antenna that will plug into the back of your Nav HU. I bought an OEM unit from another forum member who had replaced his with a Kenwood. His installer had used his OEM nav antenna on his Kenwood and he gave me the Kenwood antenna that came with his new HU to use in the install of the OEM unit that I bought from him.
Installed the OEM Nav with this Kenwood antenna and it worked like a charm. It makes sense to me that there's not a lot of variation in the antennas, since there's no variation in the gps satellites and their signals.
Good luck with your poject.
