Default F/S ** Illuminated C6 Crossed Flag Rear Fascia Emblems **

Bringing it to you as always....been there and STILL doing that!

Southwest Speed steps up the C6 game with these phenomenal Illuminated Cross Flag emblems for the rear fascia.

Taking a genuine Chevrolet OE Corvette Emblem, we waterjet the acrylic to match the perimeter of the emblem perfectly and then hollow out the internals and illuminate them with high powered SMD LEDs in the color of your choice. 12v operation with minimal power consumption

They are dimable and fully controllable with our dual channel multi-function remote control if desired or can be wired for 3rd brake light operation or running light operation. Complete insanity!!

These are built to order and take 2-3 weeks.

Illuminated Cross Flag C6 Emblems

Quality and performance second to none. We are SouthwestSpeed.net!

Here's a Blue one on a C6 that we did for somebody here on CF long ago.

Lotta love for these! High Quality, can be made with pretty much any OEM emblem and the ones that we use for the Corvettes are genuine OE pieces.

Worth every penny!!

Thank you all for the PM's and orders!

Ivan, nice product!! Went to your site to chech install info on this. Trying to see if emblem is bolted on and accessed thru tail lights or if its stuck on and needs new adhesive and hole drilled for wires to be run. Any info on this?

BTW, Just got back from the Land of Enchantment & miss it already! Native New Mexican so it's in me!

Hello there JD.

Great questions, glad you ask.

The Emblem is a complete replacement that uses the OEM Genuine GM part number that I get off your last 8 of the VIN. (to Confirm that you're a 60th, a C6, etc...)

Then the emblem is traced onto a CNC template and a piece of 3/8" Poly is waterjetted to mimic the outline of the factory emblem.

They are then hollowed out for the SMD LEDs to be placed into, bonded with epoxy, then the surface has the 3M Automotive Grade Adhesive Tape applied.

So when you pull your old one off, there is a locating pin normally. On the replacement, there is no locating pin so you run the Red/Black wire to through that hole. At this point, you run the wires to the inner driver side tailight and tap into those wires for your source.

You can either use it as a 3rd brake light, running light, or both with a Dual Intensity Circuit (included) depending on which wires you tap into.

Really a cool deal!

Once you get the old emblem off, pretty easy with a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot summer day, you simply clean off the surface and place the new one on, press it in position for 30 seconds and that sucker isn't' coming off.

Hope this helps out in the description and installation a little better and if you or anybody have any detailed questions, just let me know!

Thank you all for the support and looking forward to seeing more of these out there!

These look awesome. Just curious if they are even legal in my state of Pennsylvania?? If I an correct some states only allow Brakes lights and tail lights on vehicles. Hate get pulled over for something other than speeding. Had aC5 and bought exhaust plate light that lit up exhaust plate. sure enough local state police pulled me over.

You know that's a great question. There are laws in almost every state that prhibit more than 2 forward and 2 rear facing lights.

So even folks in some states can be cited for factory fog lights. I've heard and seen it all just about.

With that being said, lots of folks opt for the Flags in Red so that it acts as a third brake light as well.

As long as your rear facing lights are not flashing or imitating any official emergency vehicle, you should be within most laws.

Of course, there are always those young whipper snappers that think lowered cars are illegal too and will wanna stop you.

In that case, put it on a switch and use it for cruise nights or just to tell the officer, "sir, you're ....that thing doesn't light up, you musta been seeing something."

Enjoy and appreciate the support on these awesome pieces!

Eltermite it's 199.

Southwest Speed, I love these. Is there any way to see pictures of the red light emblem in regular crossed flag and 60th anniversary on a black car lit up? Also in white? I've dreamed of doing this and you did it!

Thanks for the assist friend!

Actually, we've done just Blue!! Hard to believe that after all these years, I've yet to do a red or white one.

Lemme know when you're ready and we'll hook you up.

We need to see more of these out there. Think of them as better third brake lights.
