I just installed the new lights...AWESOME!!! I'm am no way machanical and I completed the task in about 10 minutes...on the outside. I found a 1 min. video on youtube and BAM...done.

Do these include a built-in ballast/resistor to stop fast flashing on turn signals?

I purchased a set of the Eagle eyes LED taillights but there are no installation instructions.

1. OEM taillights have L & R marked on them and these have 1 and 2 marked on them. Which hole for each numbered taillight?
2. Where/how do I mount the capacitor/resistors? Do I use industrial Velcro and attach them to the frame rail?
3. There is a hole in each taillight with a pigtail hanging out. Do I snap in the OEM wire assembly and/or connect the pigtail to the OEM wire assembly?
