Neither item came with hardware. Not sure how the bumper reinforcement mounts but I would be happy to get instructions from C7.

The mud flaps are easy, just use pop rivets or screws to mount, whichever you prefer. 4 mounting locations per side, I have screws in mine and they work great.

do you know if they splitter reinforcement will work with a RPI ZR1 carbon splitter? I think that it should since it should be the exact same size just made by different companies. I am putting on my RPI splitter and skirts soon and debating on the front reinforcement since I enjoy late night highway pulls

I believe the reinforcement piece is the same design for all splitters but I would confirm w/ RPI just to be sure. I've heard and seen pictures of the front bumper bending significantly at high speed without this piece. I don't do any high speed runs with my car so I never installed it.
