since I see that you are making current posts, I must assume that you are getting my emails and private messages reference the damaged top that I tried to return to you. You NEED to check your private messages so this can be resolved. I'm sure that it's an oversight or a glitch somewhere but I have a damaged top with a refusal of the return. I have left every method of communication to contact me in my emails and private messages. All I ask is the courtesy of a reply ... Bob

SAMMY BURKS ..since you are not acknowledging emails sent to you, I'm stuck trying every other means to get you to reply. The USPS has now attempted to deliver a certified mail letter to you on 9/27/13 regarding the damaged top that you refused delivery on from UPS on 9/12/13. Here is your quote on giving me a refund on the damaged item:
"FedEx emailed & said they were processing my claim payment I would be receive it in a week so I guess they are not going to come out to investigate. so go ahead & ship the top back to me & I will do a paypal refund. "
Please ... all I ask is to have this resolved but you need to reply. I suggest you pick up the certified mail ... Bob Devery
