The only thing the ix does that yours does not is store red light and speed cam locations from the database. It also doesn't talk to other units and learn the traps and such that they've gone through.
I just bought a 9500ix blue off of ebay. Used but with eerything and paid $320. Seems like their going from $350 and up. It is an excellent unit and looks great with the blendmount.
